    We provide counseling services for individuals, children, teens, and families, including play therapy, teen therapy, and parenting facilitation. We provide a variety of mental health services, including: -Play Therapy -Teen & Adolescent Therapy -Online Therapy -Parenting Facilitation (Court Ordered & non-therapeutic service)
  • What ages do you serve? 
    We work with clients of all ages, specializing in children aged 3-8, teens, and adults. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each age group.
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    You can schedule an appointment by calling us at 469-838-6400 or by filling out the appointment request form on our Contact Us page. Please email us if any issues occur scheduling an appointment at Admin@DallasInsightCounseling.com
  • Do you offer virtual therapy sessions? 
    Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences. Please contact us for more details.
  • What can I expect during my first session? 
    After the consultation your first session will be scheduled. During your first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. This initial session helps us understand your needs and develop a personalized treatment plan.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
    Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.​
  • Do you accept insurance? 
    We do not accept insurance at this time, we only accept private pay.
  • What are your office hours? 
    Our office hours are: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Sunday: Closed
  • Where are you located?

  • What is play therapy? 
    Play therapy is a therapeutic approach used primarily with children. It allows them to express their feelings, thoughts, and experiences through play, which is their natural form of communication.
  • How does parenting facilitation work? 
    Parenting facilitation is court ordered and involves working with parents to improve their parenting skills and strategies. It helps in resolving conflicts, enhancing parent-child relationships, and creating a positive family environment.
  • What should I bring to my first session? 
    Please bring a form of identification, payment method and any relevant medical or psychological records. If you're seeing us for child therapy, you might also bring any notes or documents from your child's school or previous therapists.
  • What are your payment options?
    We accept credit/debit cards transactions. Payment is due at the time of service.
  • What should my child wear to play therapy?
    Have your child wear something you are okay with getting messy.
